Ingredients

    -1/2 can (about 1 c) canned pumpkin, no salt (organic optional)
    -10 oz almond milk
    -1/2 C old-fashioned oats (optional; adds bulk)
    -1 tbs almond butter
    -1 serving protein powder, chocolate whey (Trader Joes)
    -Spices to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
    -handful of ice cubes (optional)

Directions


Toss in blender, blend, enjoy!
