Date Nut Bars

Introduction

Martha's Martha's
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/4 c canola oil
    1/2 c sifted floour
    1/4 t baking powder
    1/4 t salt
    1 c sugar
    2 c chopped dates
    1 c chopped walnuts

Directions

Beat eggs till light & add oil
mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar
Add dates & nuts to flour
Add egg mix to flour mix and thoroughly combine

Pour into well greased and floured 9x9" pan
Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean

Dust with powdered sugar
Leave in pan to cool and cut into pieces
