Ingredients

    10 cups chicken broth
    1 medium onion - chopped
    25 (approx) baby carrots, chopped in half
    6 stalks of Celery
    approx 2 chicken breasts and 2 chicken thighs - diced

Directions

Add chopped vegitables to broth and simmer until veggies are tender - add chicken and heat through - season to taste.
