Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Baking Powder, 4.5 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Organic Rice Protein - French Vanilla (1 Serving = 2 Scoops), 30 gram(s)
    Milk, 2%, 1.05 cup
    Orange Juice, 1.05 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Raspberries, 1.25 cup, broken into small pieces
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long), thinly sliced
    *Margarine, soft, 8 tsp

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and protein powder. Mix thoroughly.

Add milk, orange juice, egg and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir to form a smooth batter.

Combine raspberries and bananas. Stir mixture into batter.

Heat a griddle or frying pan to medium. Coat with cooking spray if needed.

Spoon batter onto griddle in 1/4 cup servings. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are set. Flip, and cook until done.

Serve each pancake with 1/2 teaspoon margarine (included in recipe).

Serving Size: Eight servings of two pancakes.
