Introduction

Got this recipe from weight watchers years ago, but modified it over time and added broccoli. POINTS PLUS VALUE = 7pts (1 cup) Got this recipe from weight watchers years ago, but modified it over time and added broccoli. POINTS PLUS VALUE = 7pts (1 cup)

Ingredients

    11oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    8oz cabot 75% reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    2.5c. Whole wheat elbow macaroni
    1c. Broccoli
    .5c nonfat milk

Directions

Cut chicken into cubes & cook on stovetop in pan
Steam broccoli
Boil macaroni
Cut cheese into 1" cubes

Combine all ingrediants into casserole dish
Cook covered in oven on 350 for 45 min
Uncover & cook in oven for an additional 10-15 min

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
