Introduction

Slow cooker pork with kidney & white beans, tomatoes and whole grain pasta shells. Slow cooker pork with kidney & white beans, tomatoes and whole grain pasta shells.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving
    Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells 'Conchiglie', 7 serving
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Cumin seed, .25 tsp

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Season pork with onion powder, cumin, allspice and red pepper flakes.
Drain and add kidney beans & white beans.
Add tomatoes, with juices.
Add water.
Cover and set on Low.
About 10-15 minutes prior to eating, boil water and cook pasta per instructions on box.
