Pork Chops with Pear and Cranberries

Ingredients

16 oz Boneless Pork Loin
1/2 Large Onion - sliced
1/4 Cup Cranberries - whole
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 Large Pear - sliced
1/2 cup Apple Cider or Apple Juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In an oven safe skillet, spray with non- cooking spray. Over medium heat, add the pork chops and brown on all sides.
Remove Pork Chops, add onions and cook until tender, about 3 minutes,
Add your cranberries and brown sugar. Stir around for about 30 seconds. Add the pork back into the skillet, add pears and apple cider. Turn the pork over, so both sides are coated.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Once done, cover the pork so the juices run back into the meat. Serve Pork with the sauce from the skillet
