Power Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

    * *Egg white, 6 serving (remove)
    * Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .5 cup (not packed) (remove)
    * Jay Robb's Whey Protein Vanilla (2pts), 1 serving (remove)
    * *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Millers Bran (0 pts), 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Flaxseed - ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Place all ingredients except egg whites in a food processor & blend until mixture is uniform. Pour blended ingredients into a bowl & add the egg whites. Fold until just blended. Prepare a griddle with cooking spray. Ladle pancake mixture onto griddle & cook until both sides are browned.
