Introduction

This is a combination of a couple different treat recipes I have come across. This should take care of a sweet tooth without breaking your intake for the day. You could substitute frozen strawberries for the banana, it would change the counts somewhat. This is a combination of a couple different treat recipes I have come across. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 medium frozen bananas
    2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 packet Bill Phillips Right Light Vanilla

Directions

Throw everything into a processor or blender, is done is a matter of a minute or two, divide into 6 1/2 cup containers with lids, I like Ziplocs, and freeze.

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
