Introduction

This is a quick stir fry my whole family loves. This is a quick stir fry my whole family loves.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, .5 cup (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .33 cup (remove)
    *Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, 1 teaspoon
    Brown Rice, 2 cup (remove)
    Beef, top sirloin, cut into thin strips 24 oz

Directions

Serves 6

In a small bowl mix beef broth, soy sauce and honey. Set aside
In a saute pan sprayed with cooking spray add garlic, and ginger saute for 1-2 minutes to extract flavor do not burn. Add beef ( to cut into strip partially frozen beef is easier) and saute until cooked through. Add vegetables and saute until tender soft. Add sauce and cook for 5 minutes until sauce is reduced. Serve over rice.

If you want to freeze this place beef, garlic and ginger in 1 ziplock, vegetables in second bag and sauce sauce in third. defrost before cooking
