Introduction

Healthy and energizing fruit smoothie! Healthy and energizing fruit smoothie!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup spinach leaves
    2 tbsp flaxseed
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1 small banana
    1/3 cup original flavor greek yogurt

Directions

Simply throw all ingredients into a blender, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 8-oz serving.

    Its great! I've been using whole flaxseed, but I would recommend using ground.
