Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 egg
    2 T Ketchup
    2 t Worcestershire
    2 t Yellow Mustard
    1 C Corn
    1-9" unbaked pie crust
    2 C prepared mashed potatoes
    1 C shredded cheddar
    1/2 C Shredded co-jack
    2/3 C Bread Crumbs
    3/4 C Quick Cook Oats
    1/2 t Pepper
    1 t Salt
    1/4 t garlic powder
    1/4 t onion powder
    1/2 C Gravy

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take pie crust out to get to room temp.
Make mashed potatoes; set aside.
Brown ground beef, onion, garlic (opt'l), ketchup, mustard, egg, worcestershire sauce, and any seasonings you may want. (I mush together like it's a meatloaf, then fry.) I added bread crumbs and oatmeal as well. I added about a half cup turkey gravy and the corn when it was browned.
Pre-bake crust for 10-15 minutes. Layer most of cheese in bottom. Layer Meat Mixture. Add Mashed potatoes, spread over the top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle remainder of shredded cheeses on top and bake 10 minutes longer. Turn oven off and eat when ready.
