Beef and Cabbage Skillet

Introduction

This is something I threw together one day, and the results were fabulous! So yummy! This is something I threw together one day, and the results were fabulous! So yummy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 medium onion
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 head purple cabbage
    1/2 cup canned coconut milk
    salt
    garlic salt
    EVOO

Directions

Heat EVOO in pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add beef and cook until no longer pink. Add the cabbage and coconut milk and mix. Cook covered until cabbage is soft. Add salt and garlic salt during the cooking time.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
