Homemade Popcorn Chicken

Introduction

You can add seasoning salt to this as well but only put a little in the flour or in the bread crumbs.This recipe goes great with mashed potatoes or macaroni and cheese. Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts
    1 c organic wheat bread crumbs
    1 cup flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    Parmesan Cheese, to taste
    Thyme, to taste
    Basil, to taste
    Oregano, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cut chicken up into equal sized pieces, set aside. Put flour in bowl and season to taste. Beat eggs in separate bowl. In one more bowl, place bread crumbs and season to taste. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat in bread crumbs. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Serve with vegetables and pasta or mashed potatoes.
