Pumpkin Pie Wontons




Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 C sugar
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
    1 12 oz can evaporated milk
    16 wonton wrappers

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine sugar, cinnamon,nutmeg, ginger , allspice, cloves and salt in small bowl. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin puree and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Spoon 1 Tbsp. filling into center of a wonton wrapper. Miosten the edges of wonton with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Fill remaining wonton wrappers in the same manner.
Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet and lightly spray with Pam. Lightly sprinkle wontons with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Turn and bake 2 more minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
