Ingredients

    2 c sifted flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1 egg
    1 c milk
    '1 c buttermilk
    1 scoop (32g) whey protein powder
    2 Tbsp oil

Directions

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat egg, add milks. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Add oil, mixing quickly. Cook.
