1 box Near East Pine nut Couscous
Broccoli, cooked, 0.25 cup, chopped
Baby Carrots, raw, 20 medium
Asparagus, fresh, 30 spear
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato
1.25 cup Boiled water or stock
Steam all veggies except tomato until Al'dente.
Combine Couscous, steamed veggies, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Serve warm.
Also super good on a bed of lettuce, splash of fat free italian dressing, parmesane cheese.... endless possibilites!!!
