Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients

    2 small boxes sugar-free fat-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. Skim milk
    1 1/2 c. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    15 oz. can 100% pure pumpkin
    1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
    Sugar Free Cool Whip (optional)

Directions

Mix the pudding mix, milks, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice together until well blended and thickened (about 2 minutes). Chill for at least 5 minutes. Top with Cool Whip, if desired, and serve.
