5 oz frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1 can (12.5 oz) chunk chicken breast, drained
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. milk
1 large egg
Combine vegetables, chicken and soup. Spread into a well greased 8" glass pie plate or 8" square casserole dish.
Stir Bisquick, milk and egg together in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken mixture and spread, if necessary, to cover chicken mixture completely.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
