Alfredo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

    1 c. white flour
    1c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 t. sugar and salt
    1 t. dry yeast
    1 T. canola oil
    1 t. dried Italian Herbs
    Sauce:
    1/2 c. Ragu Light Alfredo Sauce
    Topping:
    12 oz, grilled chicken breast, chopped
    1 can (14.5 0z.) Tomatoes, petite diced with sweet onion, drained well
    1/2 can (4.25) black olives, chopped or sliced
    2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Make dough, by putting ingredients, half flour into mixture. Add warm water, mix well, add oil and mix again. Knead in remaining dough until smooth. Let rise about one hour. Roll out into two crusts. Spray pizza stone or cookie sheet with Pam. Spray crust with Pam. Half Alfredo sauce onto pizzas. Place the rest of the toppings, except cheese on pizzas and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Add cheese and bake 10 more minutes, removing before cheese browns. Slice into 16 slices.
