This is the quickest and easiest recipe and great for a day that you don't feel like cooking a large meal. This is the quickest and easiest recipe and great for a day that you don't feel like cooking a large meal.

Ingredients

    Flour tortilla, pasta sauce, shredded 4 cheese (Mexican)

Directions

place tortilla on a microwave safe plate. Put the pasta sauce onto the tortilla. But leave a quarter to half an inch around the edge to have a hold onto the slice. Sprinkle on the cheese. Place into microwave and cook for 4 minutes until tortilla is a little crisp, sauce is hot, and cheese is melted. After that, slice into 8 slices and eat. Best to let set for a minute or two to let it cool before eating and the cheese to set up a bit. If you don't, the cheese and sauce will slide off the tortilla. Great for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. If a meat lover wants meat, add to whatever they like. It may take at least 2 or 3 minutes longer per pizza with added ingredients.
