Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 4 small and diced small
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Raisins, .5 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled
    *Dannon Oikos Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt 1 small container

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, can add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice if not going to be eaten right away so the apples don't brown. chill and serve

Serving Size: Makes 3 good size and filling servings
