I really enjoyed this recipe. Sad to say my family did not...they claimed it was too spicy...which, honestly, I don't see how but this will be a recipe I will make again for myself. The only change I would do is to cook it on the foreman instead of a skillet.... Thank you! - 11/9/09

I did the same with the spices, and rubbed them in.
This was a nice alternative to the spices we generally use. Thanks for the recipe! - 4/18/08

This recipe was very easy, low-cost and very tasty. I took the advice of another reviewer and used spices like a rub. My entire family (including picky hubby) really liked it. - 3/2/08

I was looking for something quick and easy and ran across this recipe. I liked the flavoring. If I made this again I would probably sprinkle spices on and rub in...not enough spices to dredge easily in my opinion. - 2/28/08

  • I agree with the others, this is really good! I accidentally added the oil (I only have EVOO at home) to the chicken and then rubbed the spices on. Still turned out great. - 10/10/11

  • we all liked it but needed more spice. i used it as a rub rather than a dredge as it didn't seem like it was enough spices to go the whole distance - 8/14/10

  • This was quick and easy. I needed something different and this fit right in with my plan. It gave me the incentive to use different spices instead of just grillin' a plain old piece of chicken. - 4/9/10

  • Just a little to spicy for me. But I can down on the red pepper and then should be albe to eat it. It did give the chicken good flavor. My family liked it alot. - 2/18/10
