Ingredients

    2 cup ground flax seed (I like Bob's Red Mill Organic)
    1/2 cup oat bran
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    1/4 cup splenda (brown sugar blend)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup water
