Pineapple Carrot Muffins

Introduction

Very moist and satisfying when you want something special as a sweet treat. Very moist and satisfying when you want something special as a sweet treat.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Box dry Pillsbury Pineapple cake mix
    1/2 C shredded carrots
    1 Large Egg
    1 C Greek Yogurt
    1/2 C chopped pecans
    1/4 C water

Directions

Mix all together and put in muffin pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Makes 12 muffins. Bake in 350 oven for 19-23 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
