When you're craving a chocolaty treat, this quick, easy recipe will hit the spot!! Ingredients

1 15-oz. can rinsed and drained small white beans (you can use any beans, but small white taste the best)
3 large eggs
3 Tbsp oil (I used EEVO)
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c Splenda Baking Blend
1 c chopped walnuts (optional; included in nutritional values)
1 c sugar-free chocolate chips (optional; not included in nutritional values)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender to puree. Pour into an 8x8 greased/sprayed pan. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
