    1/4 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
    1/4 cucumber - sliced thin
    1 cherry tomato - sliced
    Hummus
    5-6 leaves Spinach
    2 slices whole wheat bread

Directions

Spread hummus on bread. Layer spinach leaves, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, and cucumber. Makes 1 sandwich.
