Introduction

Ingredients

    Kale, 8 cup, chopped
    Vegetable Stock, 3 cup
    Canned Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup
    Beans, great northern, 4 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves

Directions

Saute onion and garlic, add vegetable stock and kale. Cook covered until kale cooks down. Add two cans white beans and two cans diced tomatoes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 generous servings
