Great Diabetic Snack or breakfast.
Number of Servings: 1
1/4 Cup Blueberries Frozen Unsweetened
1/4 Cup Strawberries Frozen Unsweetened
3/4 - 1 cup Chobani Greek Yogurt Plain Unsweetened
2 Tbls - Torani Vanilla Sugar Free Syrup (more/less for taste)
Mix the sugar free syrup into the yogurt well. Place half the yogurt into your parfait cup. Add your blueberries and strawberries on top of that and then add the additional yogurt on top. Store in fridge in a covered container.
Serving Size: Makes 1 Parfait.
(I also use a whole 32 oz container of the Chobani Greek Yogurt and make several of these for the week. Just prepare the recipe according to how many servings you make)
