Crunchy Cabbage Slaw



Introduction

My Paleo take on a favorite store prepared salad! This is a delicious, crunchy, nutty take on a flavorful coleslaw without mayo.... My Paleo take on a favorite store prepared salad! This is a delicious, crunchy, nutty take on a flavorful coleslaw without mayo....
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 bag of Pre-shredded coleslaw mix
    2-4 scallions sliced thin (based on your taste - you can always add more)
    1 T toasted (in dry pan) sesame seeds
    1-2 T slivered raw almonds

    1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 c apple cider vinegar
    2 T honey
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Wisk together evoo, vinegar, honey and seasoning until emulsified (adding oil slowly when whisking can help!). Toss in cabbage, scallions, nuts and seeds - then toss everything to mix. Store in fridge until ready to serve.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2-c servings
