Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups rolled oats
    2 cup milk
    2 tablespoon honey
    1 cup apple sauce
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup chopped dried cherry, berry mix
    2 cup low-fat yogurt (any flavor you wish)

Directions

1- Combine oats, milk and honey and leave soaking in the refrigerator overnight.

2- Next morning, add the grated apple, dried cherries & berries, hazelnuts and yogurt.

Makes 8 nice sized servings
