1 cup whole fresh cranberries 1.5 cup water 2 clementines, peeled and sectioned 1 cinnamon stick 6 whole cloves .5 cup sugar
In large saucepan, simmer cranberries in water until the berries pop open. Add clementine sections, cinnamon stick, and cloves, while maintaining a low simmer. Stir occasionally until clementines have softened and fruit starts to combine. Add sugar, and continue to stir occasionally, until liquid has jelly-like consistency. Remove from heat immediately.
