Ingredients

    1lb. Flank Steak
    1tbsp. Salt
    1tbsp. Pepper
    1tsp. Olive Oil
    1 1/4c. Onions, diced
    2tsp. Garlic, minced
    3/4c. Red Peppers, diced
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
    1c. Sugar Snap Peas
    8oz. Pasta, whole wheat
    1tbsp. Soy Sauce
    2tbsp. Honey
    1/4tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Season beef with salt and pepper. Set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, jalapeno, peas, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Stir together to combine.

To freeze: Package cooked pasta in indicated number of quart-size freezer bags and seal. Divide and pour sauce mixture and chopped steak into indicated number of gallon-size freezer bags and seal. Place both bags inside another gallon-size freezer bag; label and freeze.

To serve: Thaw in refrigerator. Cook meat and veggie mixture in a skillet over medium-high heat until veggies start to get tender and beef is cooked to desired doneness. Add in pasta noodles, stir to combine, and saute for another 4-5 minutes before serving.
