3 c. Diced Apples
1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts

2 tsp. Cinnamon
3 c. All purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 C. Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking

1/5 c. Canola Oil
2 Large Eggs
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
Tips
Directions
Prehat an oven to 325 Lightly Grease a Bundt Pan
In a bowl, mix together the apples, walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon. In a serate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. using an electric mixer beat the sugar, oil and eggs and egg beaters in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients and beat until completely combined. Fold in the apple mixture. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a tester inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to fully cool in the pan, about 1 hour, then turn out onto a plate. Drizzle the cake with glaze made out of 1 c. Confectioners sugar and 2 T. Milk but you need to add 40 calories to each piece.I like mine without the glaze to save the calories.
