Primal No-Cook Protein Bar

Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened coconut
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    Chocolate protein powder, 2 scoops
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Skim Milk Powder, 1 cup
    nut butter, 1/4 cup
    Vanilla extract 1 tsp
    1/2 cup unsweetened cranberries
    1/4 + 2 tbsps water

    may want to add sweetener like stevia (optional; to taste: not in the nutritional info)

Tips


Directions

Spray an 8 inch square pan with non-stick spray. In bowl, whisk together nut butter, water and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Spread into pan and freeze for an hour or refridgerate overnight, until squares can be cut. Wrap individually.
