Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    6 oz. cooked rigatoni pasta
    1/2 cup green pepper, diced
    1/2 cup red pepper, diced
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1 14 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions

brown ground beef, drain all grease. add peppers, onion, tomato sauce, and tomato pasta. cook until vegetables are tender. Mix sauce with cooked pasta. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. cover with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 375.
Makes approximately 14 1 cup servings
