IntroductionThis is a Thanksgiving favorite at my house! This is a Thanksgiving favorite at my house!
1 can - Sweet Yellow Corn
1 can - Cream Style Corn
1/4 c - Egg White Substitute
1/2 c - Fat Free Sour Cream
3 Tbsp - Country Crock Light
1/2 c - Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 c - Cornmeal
2 Tbsp - Splenda
2 tsp - Baking Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine dry and liquid mixtures in a large bowl.
Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture in dish.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
