Sweet peanut curry

Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Carrots, raw, 275 (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 175 (remove)
Peas, fresh, 125 (remove)
no sugar added crunchy peanut butter (peter pan), 125 (remove)
Onion Vidalia raw med onion, 200 gram(s) (remove)
Brown Sauce HP, 50 gram (remove)
Quinoa (cooked, roughly 2.5x dry weight), 750 gram(s) (remove)
fry vegetables in oil, add hp sauce, add 200ml water and simmer
Add garlic, cumin, coriander to taste.
Cover quinoa in pan with water and heat until cooked. Add water if necessary.
Serving Size: makes 4 large helpings
