Ingredients

1/3lb. Turkey, ground
2/3tsp. Garlic, minced
1/3tsp. Salt
1/3tsp. Pepper
5.33oz. Ziti Pasta
2/3c. Ricotta Cheese, reduced-fat
1/3c. Baby Spinach
1 1/3c. Spaghetti Sauce
2/3c. Mozzarella Cheese, reduced-fat
Tips
Directions
In a skillet, combine the turkey, garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook on medium-high heat until the meat is browned. Remove from heat and drain any excess grease. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes less than the directions on the box. While the pasta is cooking, combine meat, ricotta, and spinach in a large bowl, then stir to combine. Drain pasta, then add the cooked pasta and spaghetti sauce to the meat mixture. Spoon into indicated number of deep dish 8x8 pans, then top with mozzarella cheese.
To freeze: Cover pan with aluminum foil, then seal the entire pan with plastic wrap. Store flat in freezer.
To serve: Remove plastic wrap, then bake from frozen in oven at 375°F for 50-60 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese starts to brown.
