Introduction

This a family favorite that started about 20 years ago when my mom learned it from her hair dresser This a family favorite that started about 20 years ago when my mom learned it from her hair dresser
Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    10# russett potatoe
    1.5 pkg cream cheese
    2 pkg bulk sausage
    1 box bell's seasoning
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Peel and boil potatoe in chicken broth til tender. Drain leaving a little water for mashing. Add cream cheese and milk. Mash until creamy. Add spices and sausage you have added enough bell's seasoning when it almost looks gray.
