Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 large onion finely chopped
    2 cans (14 oz) of dices tomatos (one with garlic added and one with chilis added)
    1 can (15 oz) 50% less Salt Sweet corn
    3 cups of tomato juice
    3 tbs of chili powder
    1 tbs of ground cumin
    3 tbs of granulated garlic
    1 can (15oz) red kidney beans
    1 can (15oz) dark red kidney beans

Directions

Brown the meat in a skillet. Add everything to the crock pot except the beans, draining the cans first.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Add beans and cook for 1 additional hour.
