Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups Spinach
    1 Large Orange, Peeled
    1 Apple, Honeycrisp, Pink Lady or similar type
    2 Celery Stalks, cut into thirds

    Water

Directions

Take all the ingredients and place in vita-mix blender in the order listed (add enough water to thin -approx. 3 cups); turn on to 1 and quickly increase speed to 10, then switch to High; Blend for 30 seconds. Place in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes before drinking.
