Banana Bread

Introduction

Moist Banana Bread that is easy to make. Moist Banana Bread that is easy to make.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 Medium Sized Bananas on the ripe side
    1 egg
    1/3 cup Canola Oil
    1/4 cup Honey
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp Baking powder
    1 tsp Baking soda

Directions

Blend the bananas, egg, oil, honey and sugar with the blender.
Mix flour, baking pwder and baking soda together and add slowly to banana mixture.
Turn oven to 375 degrees F.
Makes approx 12 medium muffins bake for around 10 minutes or until they bounce back on the top.
Makes 1 banana loaf bake for 20-25 minutes.
