Ingredients

    1/2 cp. canned pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 pkg. stevia or splenda
    1/2 oz. skim milk
    1 oz. liquid eggwhites

    (optional - add 1/2 oz. chopped waltnuts after cooking to add some healthy fat with a little crunch)

Tips

Best served cold.


Directions

Mix all ingrdients and pour into a ramekin (custard cup).
Microwave for 3 minutes. Cooking time may with microwaves.
