Mal's goulash

Introduction

Sometimes called American goulash or Hamburger/Macaroni casserole but I just make it in a skillet. Sometimes called American goulash or Hamburger/Macaroni casserole but I just make it in a skillet.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    .50 pound of lean ground beef
    1 pound box of Pasta - I use Barilla Plus
    2 cans of tomato soup
    1/2 cup catsup
    1 small to medium onion
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    pepper to taste - you probably won't need salt

Tips

We like this with a salad or cooked corn on the side and we also enjoy a good whole grainbread with it.


Directions

Cook Pasta as directed on box.
Saute ground beef with onion in a large skillet.
Add tomato soup, catsup, and worcestershire sauce (optional).
Then stir cooked pasta into the skillet mixture.
You may not need salt as the soup is salted.
Add pepper to taste.



Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (3/4 cup)
