Introduction

This is what I have for lunch on most days. I make an open-faced sandwich with a couple of slices of turkey and 35 cal bread, a cup of light progresso soup (almost any flavor is under 150 cals. except the creamy ones) and have this salad This is what I have for lunch on most days. Ingredients

    I slice of 35 cal bread. 1/2 can any light progresso soup. avocado, tossed salad, 1/2 boiled egg, A few pretzels to crunch up over salad, 1 tablespoon of Ranch Dressing.

Directions

Warm the soup in the microwave by the can directions. I toast my bread and then add a slice or two of turkey. Toss all of the salad ingredients together and eat!

Serving Size: I eat it all!
