Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Introduction

This is a lighter version of a casserole my family has been making for Thanksgiving for years. This is a lighter version of a casserole my family has been making for Thanksgiving for years.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    12 oz. package of frozen broccoli (cooked)
    1 can of Cream soup (I used cream of asparagus)
    .5 cup herb seasoned croutons
    2 T Imperial margarine (1/3 less fat)
    1/2 c. water
    .5 c. reduced fat Sargento sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook broccoli in the microwave for 10 minutes, drain. Meanwhile, melt margarine in saucepan on the stove. Stir in croutons and mix together. Add soup, water and cheese and stir until well mixed and heated through. Pour sauce over broccoli and stir. Cook casserole in microwave or 10 minutes. Serve.
