Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup flour

    1 cup milk

    1 egg

    1 tsp sugar

    1 tsp baking soda

    1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix your dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients, then pour into the dry mix and whisk well. On a heated griddle, spray cooking spray and then drop small silver-dollar sized amounts of batter. Flip when bubbles appear on the surface. Serve with syrup.
