6 cups green beans 1 medium onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 cup dried cranberries 1 Tbsp. olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add onions and cook till crisp-tender. Add green beans. Salt to taste. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and steam for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add cranberries and cook till plumped.
