Turkey and stuffing soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4-6 C leftover stuffing
    2 sliced or leftover carrots
    2 celery
    1 onion
    1 bay leaf
    8 C leftover gravy or chicken broth
    1.5 lbs leftover turkey
    1c frozen or leftover peas

Directions

Heat stuffing in 350 degree oven.
Chop and drop the veggies in order listed. Saute few min in a bit of olive oil. Add broth and bay leaf simmer 120 min. Add leftover turkey and peas. Spoon dressing into bowl and ladle soup over it.
